Your data remains yours.

The free scorecard concerns your business, activity, city and public channels. Nia collects your name, WhatsApp number, any links you add and your confirmation of authority. Do not send customer or patient personal information.

Purpose

This information identifies the business, checks public sources and prepares your scorecard. Nia uses an AI service to interpret answers and phrase questions; a summary may be written from the scorecard facts alone. Model calls are configured without response storage at that provider (store: false). A missing read is not proof of absence; public signals alone do not establish commercial performance.

Retention

The conversation stays in this tab’s session; Clear my answers removes it from the browser, without deleting a scorecard already created on the server. Requests, checks and evidence are stored in AZOBE’s private workspace. Scorecard sharing links expire after seven days and can be revoked. Downloaded PDFs remain with their holders. Request server-side deletion at contact@azobe.one, identifying your business number. No automatic deletion period for all records is claimed here.

WhatsApp handoff

A WhatsApp handoff happens only if you choose to share. Campaign parameters (id, source) may travel with the click — never personal data about your customers.

Your scorecard from the homepage

The form and chat serve the same free scorecard. Contact details are not intended for publication. The check sends no messages and makes no purchase. Starting a check does not subscribe you to marketing.

Withdrawal and opt-out

Marketing choice, where offered, is separate from the free scorecard. To withdraw a request, stop follow-up or request erasure, contact contact@azobe.one. Withdrawal cannot recall files already downloaded or shared.

Processing principles

• The client business remains responsible for its data and the purposes it authorises.
• AZOBE processes only the data required for the agreed mandate.
• Consent must be specific, explicit, traceable, and revocable.
• Public reports include no client personal data.
• No commercial result is published without a source, limitations, and authorisation.

Work beyond the free scorecard is scoped and priced before it starts. Additional data uses, access and automations must be agreed with you. This page describes the product workflow; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
