When people look for a business, do they choose you?

Your free scorecard compares your business with nearby competitors and shows the priority gaps to close first.

Then, if you want, we do the work with you: strategy, marketing and the tools to run it. You approve each step.

Where customers slip away

People decide where to eat, shop, have their clothes made or get their car fixed before they arrive. Independent businesses lose that choice to an incomplete Google listing or a social page with no WhatsApp path. They also lose money after the customer arrives: balances left unpaid, empty hours, supplier terms nobody negotiated, work entered twice.

Three leaks between the first search and the return visit.

Five-stage customer journey grouped into three leaks: discovery (found), decision (interest and choice), and conversion and return (booking or order, and return). Illustrative example: you are not named, then Azobe fixes the three leaks.

Why Azobe exists

Large companies pay for strategists, marketers and developers. Local businesses usually get one of the three, or none, and often a report nobody acts on. Azobe brings strategy, marketing and technology together, and does the work instead of only advising. Results are measured in customers and cash, not likes.

Strategy, marketing and technology work together under one accountable team that does the work. Below, an illustrative made-to-measure order with an owner for each step.

Check it yourself

Open Google Maps and type what a customer would: “restaurant Bonapriso”. Count the names. Look for yours.

Azobe adds the rest: every source checked, your scorecard against your neighbours, the fixes ranked, and a team to make them happen. Each step is scoped and priced before any work starts.

Well rated. Too few reviews. Eighth among these nine businesses.

Example comparison. Each dot is one business, placed by its public Google rating and review count. “Eighth” is the review-count position within this group of nine: 57 reviews ranks 8th of 9. It is not an overall Google ranking. Rating is shown for context; it is not a quality score.

Comparison group: 9 restaurants in Bonapriso (Douala), names masked. Source: public Google ratings and review counts, October 2026. Review counts also reflect a business’s age and size.

Scatter plot: Google rating and review count for 9 restaurants; the example business is well rated but has few reviews, 8th of 9 by review count.

Hotels: count the guests, not the stars

Open Tripadvisor and search “hotels Kribi”. Note how many guests have rated each one. A hotel with 11 ratings sits next to rivals with close to 200. Travellers follow the crowd, so it slips down the list, however good the rooms are.

Azobe shows which booking sites list you, which listings nobody has claimed, and sets up a simple way to ask happy guests for a review. Each step is scoped and priced before any work starts.

Few guests have rated it. Tripadvisor listed it 6th of 17 in Kribi (October 2026).

Example comparison. Each dot is one hotel, placed by its public Tripadvisor rating and the number of guests who rated it. A good rating from few guests reassures travellers less.

Comparison group: four of the 17 Kribi hotels on Tripadvisor are plotted, names masked. 6th place is Tripadvisor’s own ranking as read in October 2026; it has not been re-checked since and may have changed. It is not a current ranking.

Scatter plot: Tripadvisor rating and the number of guests who rated it for four Kribi hotels; the example has few guests who rated it and was listed 6th of 17 by Tripadvisor in October 2026.
